Founded in 2003 by Chris Grubb and Len Deese, American Heritage Structures is a metal building manufacturer based out of Acworth, Georgia. After spending years working as general contractors dealing with others in the metal building manufacturer industry, the founders of American Heritage Structures decided that in order to provide the kind of customer service they felt was necessary they needed to branch out on their own.

As a new company, AHS were brokers that bought pre engineered structures from a metal building manufacturer and re-sold them to other contractors and developers. Highly committed to providing stellar customer service to their customers, the folks at American Heritage Structures navigated the process of dealing with the metal building manufacturer to help their clients as much as possible. As their company grew, Chris and Len discovered that there were problems arising in the fabrication and engineering of the buildings they were buying. It was then that they decided to step into the realm of designing their own buildings to ensure their customers were getting the most functional and cost-efficient metal buildings possible. They were no longer the middle man dealing with the metal building manufacturer, but engineering their own. With more control over the process, they were better able to serve their clients and provide the kind of service they wanted.

One last hurdle they came across was that they were unhappy with the erectors they were hiring to erect their buildings. Once again focused on the service they provided and making their clients as happy as possible, they hired their own crews, not subcontractors, and trained them how to safely and properly erect pre engineered buildings.

Now a full, in-house metal building manufacturer, American Heritage Structures handles all aspects of their business including sales and design as well as overseeing the procurement of materials and fabrication, delivery, and erection of their products. Their hands-on approach makes them a service driven and top of the line metal building manufacturer that is dedicated to honesty, respect and quality.
